Here's some tips and tricks on how to make your cocktails look amazing at Home!

Passionfruit Martini

Included

Freshly made Passionfruit Martini (Vanilla Vodka, Passoa Passionfruit, Lime Juice, Pineapple Juice, Sugar Syrup)

Slices of Fresh Passionfruit

Edible Flowers

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Keep your bottle of Passionfruit Martini well chilled.

You'll need a Coup Cocktail Glass

Small Tongs (if you have them, but not 100% necessary)

STEP-BY-STEP (Serves One)

1. Make sure your cocktail bottle has been suitably chilled. Your glass really needs to be a cocktail coup glass to nail the look, but if you don’t have one, use a tumbler glass.

2. Take your passionfruit martini bottle out of the fridge and give it a really good shake (making sure the lid is on properly)

3. Pour 125ml of the cocktail mix into your glass. (no ice is required unless you like a slightly diluted version). It should have a small froth on the top from the shaking.

4. Place one slice of passionfruit on the top of your drink. The passionfruit can be temperamental so if you find the pulp has fallen away from the sides of the fruit, you can add some extra seeds from the pot into the centre of your slice to pretty it up.

5. Then add one edible flower, which you place in the centre of the passionfruit.

This is one of the tastiest and prettiest cocktails around, so make sure you grab a photo of your masterpiece before its all gone.

Coco lite Martini

Included

Freshly made Coco Light Martini (Ciroc Coconut Vodka, Coconut Water, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice)

Shredded Un-Sweetened Organic Coconut

Dehydrated Tahitian Lime Wheels

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

To make sure the bottle of Coco Light Martini is well chilled in the fridge (as this cocktail does not require ice to be added, you need it to be chilled well for drinking).

A Coup Cocktail Glass

A Saucer

A Cocktail Shaker, or Protein Shaker is fine, but neither is necessary (you can shake the cocktail in the bottle it comes in).

STEP-BY-STEP (Serves One)

  1. Make sure your cocktail bottle has been chilling in the fridge. Your glass really needs to be a cocktail coup glass to nail the look, but if you don’t have one, use the prettiest glass you have in the cupboard.
  2. Open up your garnish pots. One will contain organic shredded coconut to rim your glass (in the same way you would with salt for a Margarita) and the other will include your dehydrated Tahitian lime wheels, so you’ll need to have both at the ready.
  3. Take your cocktail out of the fridge and give it a really good shake (making sure the lid is on properly beforehand).
  4. Before your pour the cocktail into the glass you need to rim the edge of the glass with your coconut. This is easiest if you pour some of the coconut into a saucer, then cut a wedge of lemon or lime and use that liquid to rim 1cm of the outside of you glass. This will create the stickiness for the coconut.
  5. Then pour 125ml of the cocktail mix into your glass (no ice is required unless you like a slightly diluted version).
  6. Place one wheel of dehydrated Tahitian Lime on the top of your cocktail and “voila”, you are ready to drink.

This cocktail is a replica of the version served at the Oscars pre-party and is a big favourite with the celebrity elite. Enjoy sipping away smug in the knowledge that you have selected a light, but delicious cocktail which highlights fresh, natural ingredients and won’t be a minute on the lips and a lifetime on the hips! Enjoy x

Espresso Martini

Included

Freshly made Espresso Martini (Vodka, Kahlua, Freshly Brewed Espresso, Sugar Syrup)

Coffee Beans

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

You'll need a Cocktail Coup Glass

Small Tongs (if you have them, but not 100% necessary)

A cocktail shaker or protein shaker/ nutribullet or a

jar with a tight lid are equally okay

Ice

STEP-BY-STEP (SERVES ONE)

1. Your glass really needs to be a cocktail coup glass to nail the look, but of you don’t have one use a tumbler or a wide lipped wine glass.

2. Take your bottle of espresso martini and pour 125mls into your container along with 5-6 solid ice cubes. Put the lid on, making sure that it is on super tight and wont leak. (hint : give it a quick test shake first - just to check). Shake the contents vigorously for about 20 seconds....Go crazy!! They way you shake is important, you want the ice and the liquid to be shaken from top to bottom inside the container (this will help activate the coffee and create the crema which sits on top of your espresso when you pour it).

3. Now pour your very well shaken espresso into your chosen glass. This is where the magic happens! As you pour, the liquid should be super creamy (not black)...and as the drink starts to settle, you will see the dark liquid appear, leaving a layer of “crema” (a light tan froth) on the top of the drink. This is exactly what you want to see.

4. Finally, place 3 coffee beans on top of the crema in the centre of the glass (yes, it needs to be three).

The secret to perfecting the look of this drink is all in the shaking! So, make sure you take the extra time to do this properly for long enough and you will be rewarded with the most deliciously luxurious and photogenic cocktail…

Margarita Skinny Marg

Freshly made Margarita (Tequila, Triple Sec, Sugar Syrup, Lime Juice)

OR Skinny Marg (Tequila, Lime Juice, Orange Juice, Agave Syrup)

Dehydrated limes

Keep your bottle of Marg chilled in the fridge.

A Coup Cocktail Glass

A Saucer or Serving Dish with low sides

Small Tongs (if you have them, but not 100% necessary)

STEP-BY-STEP (SERVES ONE)

1. Keep your Marg chilled in the fridge.

2. Pour a teaspoon of your garnish pot of salt into a saucer, or dish with very low sides.

3. Cut a wedge of lemon or lime (or take a cap of orange juice from a carton in the fridge if you don’t have fresh lemon or lime). Use the juice to wet the rim of the glass, to a depth of 1cm. This will help the salt to stick to the glass.

4. Take your glass and roll/dab the rim gently in the salt you have placed in your saucer. This is a really important part. Don’t let it totally crust the glass with too much salt and definitely don’t let it stick to the inside of the glass. To enjoy the Margarita perfectly, you are looking for a light flaky consistency on the outside of the rim of the glass ONLY. If you prefer to have some of the glass with no salt, simply rim one half.

5. Pour 125ml of the cocktail mix into your glass

6. Place one slice of the dehydrated lime on the top of the drink to finish the look.

Take a step back and admire your work. Whether you’re digging into some Mexican food, or simply enjoying your drink on its own, this is a lip-smacking classic. Enjoy!

3. Take your glass and roll/dab the rim gently in the salt you have placed in your saucer. This is a really important part. Don’t let it totally crust the glass with too much salt and definitely don’t let it stick to the inside of the glass. Bloody Mary

Included

1 litre bottle of freshly made Bloody Mary (Vodka, Tomato Juice, Worcestershire Sauce)

Fresh Lemon Wedges

Optional extra Worcestershire Sauce and Spicy Tabasco Sauce blend to add based on your taste

Celery Salt

Fresh Celery Sticks to Garnish

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

A chunky tumbler glass

A teaspoon

A metal spoon (one long enough to reach the bottom of your chosen glass)

Ice

STEP-BY-STEP (SERVES ONE)

1. Use a tumbler or hi ball glass.

2. First, you need to decide how you’d like to use your celery salt. Your choices are;

To rim the glass (a bit like a Margarita salt). This way you get a little taster of the celery salt each time you sip. If you choose this option you need to empty the salt into a saucer and then run one of the lemon wedges around the rim of your glass to give the salt something to stick to. This is the most picture perfect way to serve your Bloody Mary if you are taking photos or it’s a special occasion.

3. You can save your celery salt until the end of prep and simply sprinkle a little into the glass before stirring it through. This way the drink takes on the flavour as an infusion.

4. Squeeze a couple of wedges of lemon into your glass (which should already be rimmed by the celery salt if you’ve chosen option (a) above).

5. Next add a handful of ice, enough to fill half of the glass.

6. Shake your Bloody Mary mix and pour 200 mls of the mix to your glass.

7. Taste your Bloody Mary. If you would like it a little spicier then add a teaspoon of the spicy tabasco mix at a time, until its to your liking. Even half a teaspoon would add a fair bit of heat, so you may want to start with a couple of drops if you are not a huge chilli fan.

8. Then if you have chosen to add your celery salt as a flavour infusion, now is the time to sprinkle a little into the glass.

9. Finally take your metal spoon and give everything a good mix, right down to the bottom of the glass to ensure the fresh lemon, spicy infusion and celery salt are evenly distributed.

Perfection!

Negroni

Included

500ml bottle of freshly made Negroni (Tanqueray Gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth)

Orange Peel Garnish

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

To prepare your cocktail you will need;

A Rocks Glass

A metal spoon

Ice

STEP-BY-STEP (SERVES ONE)

1. Find a rocks glass (a tumbler or whisky glass that you love).

2. Add one large cube or sphere of ice, alternatively a 3 or 4 chunky cubes

3. Now pour in 125ml, or ¼ of the Negron mix if you are going by eye.

4. Give the drink a stir with your metal spoon.

5. Finally add your orange garnish. You can give it a squeeze to encourage the oils out of the skin into the drink.

Enjoy sipping on this classic, which will mellow as the ice melts and the orange peel infuses. Lie back and think of Italy!

Perfection!

Peach Bellini

1 bottle of Prosecco, or 1 bottle of Veuve Cliquot

1 favour infusion bottle of Bellini Mix (Pulped Peaches and Peach Schnapps)

Fresh Mint Leaves to garnish

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

A Champagne Glass or Cocktail Coup Glass

A metal spoon for stirring

STEP-BY-STEP (SERVES ONE)

  1. Make sure your bottle of bubbles and Bellini Mix have been chilling in the fridge, they need to be nice and cold.
  2. Your glass really needs to be a cocktail coup glass or champagne glass to nail the look, but if you don’t have either you can use a regular wine glass.
  3. Pop open up your bubbles and pour it into the glass first.
  4. Now take your Bellini Mix and add a gentle but generous squeeze into the glass. Be careful as the bubbles can react to the peach mix and you don’t want it to overflow (your mix includes more than enough for 6 glasses, so you can add to taste).
  5. Take your metal spoon and give the glass a good stir to ensure everything is well combined.
  6. Add fresh mint leaves to garnish the top of your glass.

You can enjoy this Italian classic with a delicious brunch, or as a celebration drink at any time of day. We highly recommend it for Birthdays, Weddings and Christmas morning whilst opening presents in your PJ’s!
